Today is Climate Coaching Action Day. I am offering three Mental Fitness coaching places free of charge, act now if you’re interested!
Stay resilient and optimistic in the context of the climate emergency by working on your Mental Fitness.
"Mental Fitness is the capacity and ability to improve your performance through taking control of your state of psychological and emotional wellbeing." (Cognomie)
I am offering online 1-1 professional coaching to three people as an opportunity to share your feelings, to tap into your resourcefulness and to get some clarity and agency around how you respond to the climate emergency. Open to anyone – working or not.
The coaching is FREE OF CHARGE but I invite you to donate to an environmental charity of your choice.
How we will work together
We’ll be using the unique self-perception Mental Fitness assessment tool developed by the digital coaching platform Cognomie.
You’ll be given an access code for the assessment and a link to schedule your two virtual coaching sessions: the first to debrief your results and the second to follow up on the actions you decide to take. The sessions will be online (Zoom) and can be booked for any times between today and the end of March. No charge but please donate to an environmental charity. Places will fill quickly so if you – or someone you know – is interested, don’t wait to sign up! Contact me directly to claim your coaching place.
Some context: Turning Climate Anxiety into Action
Watch this great TED talk, released this week, with psychologist Dr Renée Lertzman. She asks (and answers) the important question:
“How do we stay present with what’s really painful? How do we stay connected in the face of what’s threatening, and overwhelming and scary?”
One way to do this is by developing strategies to sustain and improve your Mental Fitness. Contact me to find out more.
